What Does No Bond Mean?

“No Bond” means that the person who is arrested and detained is not eligible for bail, either because of the severity of the offense, past criminal history, or other factors that suggest that the person is a high flight risk or a danger to the community. Essentially, it means that the person will remain in custody until their case is resolved.
